David Lloyd Clubs are a great place for your clients to get active and spend time as a family.

Your clients can get 50% off monthly gym membership fees at selected David Lloyd Clubs if they have:

• A VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan with a minimum monthly premium of £35
• A VitalityHealth Business Healthcare plan, excluding members with Vitality at Work
• A VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust plan.

They can get 40% off monthly gym membership fees if they have:

• Any life insurance plan that includes Optimiser with an additional monthly fee for Vitality Plus, currently £4.75 per month, per adult, with a minimum monthly premium of £45 on single plans and £60 on joint plans.
  The Vitality Plus fee is subject to change. To find out about these charges please read our reward terms and conditions.
• Any VitalityInvest plan and; a minimum amount invested of at least £1,500 after any withdrawals. Or, regular investments of at least £100 a month until at least £1,500 invested in total.
• Vitality at Work Business, but not Vitality at Work Enterprise.

Are your clients already an existing David Lloyd Club member?

Once your clients joins Vitality, they can switch to a discounted gym membership by speaking to their home club. They’ll need to transfer their gym membership by the 15th of any month, and the new Vitality discount will be applied the following month.

Applies to Individual Flexible Platinum memberships at selected clubs. Members must be over 18 to benefit from the discounted Vitality membership. Your clients can only have one discounted membership with Vitality.
