Vitality Programme

What is the Vitality Programme?

When your client invests with us, they get automatic access to our Vitality Programme at no extra cost. It’s designed to help your clients take steps towards a healthier future and rewards them with real financial benefits. By holding one of our VitalityInvest plans, they’ll qualify for the Vitality Select version of the Vitality Programme.

How can my client earn Vitality points?

When your client does things like going for a health check, tracking their activity or completing a few minutes of mindfulness activity, they can earn Vitality points. The more points they earn, the higher their Vitality status and the more they save on product charges. For full details on how your client can earn points, see our Vitality points and status table.

What's a Vitality status?

Your client's Vitality status is a measure of how much they've done to look after their health. There are four statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. We work out your client's Vitality status using the points they earned. For details on the points structure, please see Journey to Platinum.
