To make sure your client gets exactly the plan they want, we give them the option to tailor their cover.
Your clients can add various options to their Core Cover. All benefits are per insured member, per plan year, unless we state otherwise.
Options includes:

Out-patient Cover
Our physiotherapy network includes over 7,000 accredited physiotherapy clinics across the UK. This means that, more often than not, your clients will be able to have treatment at a convenient location, less than 10 minutes' drive away from their home or place of work. Cover for a physiotherapist within our network: Treatment will be covered in full and not form part of the Out-patient Cover limit. Cover for a physiotherapist outside of our network: Treatment will continue to be deducted from your client's Out-patient Cover limit and will be limited to £35 per session. Find out more |

Mental Health Cover Includes consultations and treatment with a psychiatrist or psychologist and hospital stays. All mental health claims are managed on a case-by-case basis. Up to 28 days of in-patient or day-patient treatment, £1,500 out-patient treatment and full cover for in-network talking therapies. Find out more |

Emergency Overseas Cover Whether your clients are away on holiday or for business, our Emergency Overseas Cover offers emergency medical treatment if they need it, as well as repatriation and evacuation back to the UK. *Plans with this option will be transferred to the enhanced Emergency Overseas cover option at their first renewal date on or after 1 September 2021. |

Emergency Overseas Cover - enhanced Whether your clients are away on holiday or for business, our Emergency Overseas Cover covers up to £10 million for emergency medical treatment for trips up to 120 days. It also covers repatriation and evacuation back to the UK. |

Employee Assistance Programme Provides support, advice and expert assistance to help your clients' employees through difficult times. |

Personal Health Fund (PHF) Employees can use the PHF to pay for everyday healthcare expenses not usually covered by private medical insurance – e.g. eye tests or dental check-ups. The more effort employees make to get healthy, the more money we pay in to their PHF, up to a maximum of £225 per plan year. Employees can have maximum of £1,000 in their PHF at any time. |

Alternatively, your clients have the option to choose our Countrywide and London Care lists of leading UK hospitals, to give them more choice over where their treatment takes place.
Mental Health Cover
In addition to the mental health benefits available as part of Core Cover, VitalityHealth also offers the option for members to select a separate Mental Health Cover option.
