Car insurance that rewards good driving... 

The introduction of Vitality car insurance marks the launch of a powerful new generation of car insurance that leverages our unique Shared Value Model.

With 5 star comprehensive cover, we are celebrating and rewarding good driving. So, when our members drive well, we give them the power to earn weekly rewards and control their costs. They can get rewarded for car-free days too.  

...and now we’re rewarding their good driving too.

By driving well, our members can also offset up to 100% of their carbon emissions to reduce their carbon footprint.

So how does it work?

When a member takes out a plan, they will receive a Good Driving Sensor. Once they've linked it to their Vitality member app, they can:

  1. Understand their driving
  2. Drive well, and
  3. Get rewarded.
Drive well, or have a car-free day, to earn points towards their weekly rewards and Good Driving status. When they drive well most days, or leave their car at home, and they could earn up to 6 points per day.

The higher their status, the lower their excess in the event of a claim. Stay claims-free and achieve Gold or Platinum status and they could earn a No Increase Guarantee at renewal.

Members get rewarded with Weekly Rewards.

Once members earn 32 points for driving well, they can get weekly rewards. 

They can also get rewarded with an excess reduction and No Increase Guarantee at renewal. 

The better a member drives, the more points they can earn towards their Good Driving status. When they improve their Good Driving status they can lower their excess by up to £250 in the event of a claim.

When they achieve Gold or Platinum status and stay claim free, they could also earn a No Increase Guarantee at renewal.

Finally, they can get rewarded for creating a greener future.

Our Good Driving programme helps members reduce their carbon emissions.

When they drive well, we’ll offset up to 100% of their carbon emissions, so members can earn carbon neutral days. 

And on the days they choose not to drive, we’ll reward them for those too, earning six points for car-free day. This means they’ll be rewarded for choices that help the planet. 

Is your client an existing Vitality member?

We guarantee to beat their renewal quote when they switch their car insurance to Vitality.

If your client is already an existing Vitality member, they can get a car insurance quote to claim their exclusive member offer. We'll guarantee to beat their renewal quote. Plus, they can get an Amazon gift card worth up to £50, depending on their Vitality status, when they buy a plan. Terms and conditions apply.

If their car cover isn't due to renew soon, they can still log into Member Zone to park their offer details until they need it.

Is your client already a Vitality Good Driving member?

They can log into Member Zone to learn about their Good Driving Programme. Your clients can also sign up to Caffè Nero and Rakuten TV weekly rewards.

For any member who also has a qualifying health insurance or life insurance plan, they can earn these weekly rewards in addition to the weekly rewards earned through the Vitality Programme.
