When your client joins Vitality to protect their business and the people within it, we’ll also reward them. Once your client's employees complete their online Health Review, they can start earning cashback for your client’s business.Business healthcare plans:

| Each employee that completes their online Health Review and earns at least one activity point earns two months of cashback. The amount of cashback you receive will be the average number of months earned by all your insured employees, multiplied by the average monthly premium for the first three months of the plan year. |

| If the insured employee earns at least one Vitality point for physical activity in the month the plan starts or the following two calendar months, they will earn one month's premium as cashback. If they also earn 48 Vitality points for physical activity in each of the two calendar months following the month the plan started, they will earn two month's premium as cashback. A maximum amount of £500 will apply across all plans covering an employee. This applies to monthly and annual premium payments. |
