When your clients earn 12 points in a week, we'll reward them with a handcrafted Caffè Nero drink and they'll get 25% off selected food purchases too.

How does it work?

Step 1.
Your client buys an eligible health insurance or life insurance plan. 

Step 2.
They track their activity. This will then earn them Vitality activity points.

Step 3.
They can then claim their drink at their local Caffè Nero store. They’ll get 25% off food, too.

All Caffè Nero coffee is sourced alongside the Rainforest Alliance, to encourage long-term sustainability. Caffè Nero seek out progressive coffee farmers from around the world to source their coffee and to ensure this high quality and sustainability.

In London, used coffee grounds from 122 stores are reused. They're processed into fuels which power biomass boilers.

Can my client get a weekly drink if they don't have an eligible plan?

If your client is not eligible for a weekly drink, they might be eligible for 50% off one.

They can get 50% off once a week with the following plans:

- Life insurance with Vitality Select
- Investments with Vitality Select
- Vitality at Work Business and Vitality at Work Enterprise plans
- Any corporate healthcare plan or trust scheme administered by VitalityHealth with Vitality Select benefits.

What drinks can my client get and what food can they get a discount on?

They can get any sized hot or cold drink made by a Caffè Nero barista.

What plans are eligible for a weekly drink and 25% off food?

- Any personal health insurance plan
- Any business health insurance plan excluding Vitality at Work (Vitality at Work Enterprise and Vitality at Work Business plans are eligible for 50% off a weekly handcrafted drink)
- Any corporate healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust with Vitality Plus benefits
- Any life insurance plan with Vitality Plus benefits.

To be eligible for the reward, your clients must have one of the following plans:
