We encourage your clients to lead a healthier life and reward them for doing so

As well as award-winning cover, we give your clients something back when they get active and track their activity, meaning they can benefit without having to claim. Our Plans:

  • With VitalityHealth, all our Vitality partners and rewards are included on Personal Healthcare and Business Healthcare plans. Corporate Healthcare plans need to include Vitality Plus to access the reward partners. Minimum monthly premiums apply to Personal Healthcare.
  • To access our full range of rewards and discounts with VitalityLife, your clients must include Optimiser to their plan for an additional monthly fee, currently £4.75 per adult. Minimum monthly premiums apply.
  • A selection of partners and rewards are included on all VitalityInvest plans with Vitality Select.

The higher their Vitality status, the bigger the rewards

We give your clients points for doing healthy things. Their points count towards something called their Vitality status. As they earn points, their Vitality status increases. Everyone starts at Bronze, then they can work their way up to Silver, Gold and then Platinum.
The more Vitality points they earn, the higher their Vitality status. Just by doing their online Health Review and taking a Vitality Healthcheck could earn them up to 880 points – enough to reach Silver status straight away.

We help your clients understand their health.

When your clients join us, they should register on our Member Zone at members.vitality.co.uk and take their online Health Review. We use what they tell us to set some goals and suggest some of our partners to help achieve them. They’ll also be able to find out their Vitality Age - our scientific calculation that assesses the impact of their lifestyle on their health. Your clients Vitality Age may be higher or lower than their actual age, but it’s a great way of understanding their health in an easy and straightforward way.

We make it cheaper for your clients to get healthier.

Once your clients understand their health, they can track their daily activity – walking, running, cycling, swimming or going to the gym – with one of our discounted activity trackers to earn Vitality points. They can start using our partner discounts to help them with things like stopping smoking, losing weight and getting fitter.

We reward your clients to keep them motivated.

Getting healthy takes a bit of time and effort, so to keep your clients motivated, we give them rewards for doing so. When they earn 48 activity points in a month, they'll get a cinema ticket for either ODEON or Vue. If they earn 12 points in a week by getting active, they'll get rewarded with a Caffè Nero drink.

All our members can receive our Vitality magazine and monthly eNewsletter packed with member stories, hints & tips and recipe ideas, plus contributions from our Vitality Ambassadors – such as Jessica Ennis-Hill, Jonny Wilkinson and Joe Root.
